“Rally Variety”- 60 vehicles on the road and one helicopter
In the framework of the organization's activities, a new initiative with an exceptional theme was carried out. This festive event, which was both amusing and exciting, was dedicated to fund raising, and it presented an additional method for collaboration with the business community.
“Rally Variety” is a journey of various types of vehicles - The first Rally Variety was launched in April 2005, as a first event of its kind in Israel.
In light of the great success of the event, Variety Israel has adopted this idea and intends to hold the Rally each and every year.

This Year “Rally Variety 2006 “ was launched in June, with the participation of Members of Board, Gideon Hamburger-Chairman of the Rally committee, Arie Rapoport, Roni Shatan and more.
From the business field, we had the pleasure to have with us Harel- Insurance co., Deloit-Brieghtman Almagor, Mercedes-Benz , McDonald’s, ‘Safecharge’ Insurance co., Forum-Film, Roots, Cellcom Co., joined us with 30 employees, a colored bus saying
“We hug the children of Variety Israel” and the company’s helicopter above us.
30 ‘Harley Davidson’ –Riders of Israel Club, Vintage collection cars, Tel-Aviv Fire –fighters’ engine also joined us and for the music, a D.J vehicle and we don’t forget our leading celebrities.

The colorful convoy started its journey at The Israel Tennis Center in Ramat- Hasharon, with two additional stops, all connected to the organization's activities and support.
At the first stop, the Israel Tennis Center, we have watched tennis lessons with underprivileged children; the convoy continued to Rehovot city, to ‘Idud’ school, for children with special needs, with the presence of the Mayor, Adv. Shuki Forer, Children with Down Syndrome, performed a beautiful show, in a music band and in a dance group.
The convoy drove south to Ashdod city, as the city and the Mayor Mr. Zvi Zilker’s guests, we were welcomed in the city hall square together with 200 of Variety Israel children ( residents of the city ) for an exciting and moving event.

What a festive day! People have taken time off of their daily routine and joined us, to be with us and support us.
In each and every stop, the convoy was welcomed with flags, music, magnificent & exciting performances, entertainments, refreshments and presents for the children.
We look forward to our next year Rally.
